Van Nicholas complete bicycles are custom built by their nature. If after a purchase your position on the bike is not comfortable, you may modify your position. This guarantee is solely applicable to modifying the stem length or rise, during the first 60 days of ownership. After this term, replacements will be done at Van Nicholas's discretion; all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

 

Contact the sales department via our contact form or phone +31 (0)513-788123 to arrange a replacement stem. It is necessary for Van Nicholas to charge a deposit for each stem ordered. This deposit is fully refundable if the swapped stem is returned in good condition within 30 days of receipt. The customer is also responsible for shipping charges both ways.
