The Small Print

We want you to be happy with your Van Nicholas and we’ll do whatever we can, to make that happen. Our policies outline just how far we’ll go to keep a smile on your face, and what you need to do if you find you’re not completely satisfied with one of our products.


Van Nicholas has a return policy of 30 days after receipt of the product on accessory and clothing purchases. Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in new condition, with the original packaging. Van Nicholas will issue a complete refund, with the exception of the shipping costs. Used, washed, or damaged clothing is not eligible for return or exchange.


Parts or clothing needs to be returned within the stated term of 14 days. Returns that are not in new condition and/or not in the original packaging, are not eligible for credits or refund. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.


In case of an exchange of a part or clothing, the costs of the original shipment won’t be credited. But the shipment of the replacement part will be free of charge.


Cash/check payments are refunded and credit card transactions are credited to the original account within 30 days of receiving the product back in new condition. Exchanges are processed and shipped out within 5 business days of receipt of your original package, depending on the available stock.


Steps to return a product:

Please contact our sales department via our contact form or phone +31 (0)513-788123, indicate why you are returning the product and if you would like a refund or exchange. The sales department will then supply you with a returns number and address. Enclose a copy of the original receipt to the sales department. Be sure to include your return address.


Note: If you are exchanging a product be sure to include details of the exchange, return shipping instructions, and means of payment. Exchanges are processed and shipped out within 5 business days of receipt of your original package.
