of our customers who need to modify their stem length or rise through our "Fit
Guarantee" Policy.

These stems may NOT be purchased separately from
a complete bike purchase. |

The deposit and any taxes charged for the stem
are fully refundable. If the original stem is returned to us within thirty (30)
days of your receipt of the new stem, the deposit will be credited to your
original account. |

If the stem is not returned to us within thirty
(30) days of your receipt of the new stem, customers will be charged the full
cost of the stem minus the deposit. |

Stem exchanges are limited to the same make and
model as the stem supplied with your original purchase. |

If in the course of modifying your fit, it
becomes absolutely necessary to use an alternate make or model stem, customers
will be charged the "price difference" between the two stems as quoted on our
website at the time of the exchange. The price difference will be accounted for
upon the return of the original stem, and will calculate the price difference
between the two stems minus the deposit. |
